Werner handles the day-to-day running of the facility — from maintaining our high hygiene standards to personally checking on every guest. His calm, methodical approach creates the stable, secure environment that cats need to thrive.
Jeanne Nel's journey in cat care began over 24 years ago at her mother's cattery. What started as helping out on weekends became a lifelong passion. Over the decades, Jeanne has developed a rare ability to read feline behaviour — identifying stress signals, gently settling newcomers, and providing the kind of quiet, consistent attention that helps even the most anxious cats feel at home.
Jeanne personally oversees the care of every cat in our facility. For her, this is not a job — it is a calling.
